The Time of Day Balance takes only a few minutes. Reverend Jim Ried, D.D. found that when using this technique, he was able to eliminate up to 60% of aches and pains experienced by his clients. This technique is also very effective for travel that involves crossing time zones, shift working and changes caused by daylight savings time. Simply "reset" the body for the desired time of day.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Where pain is involved, make an assessment of the pain on a scale of 0-10 before starting the balance. You can assess your energy level in the same way.
  2. Firmly massage the neurolymphatic points, front and back, (indicated by bold circles and bands) for Supraspinatus of Central Meridian and Teres Major of Governing Meridian.
  3. Note the time of day.
  4. Scroll through the photo gallery below and locate the Meridian whose time of day it is. (e.g. if it is 9 AM find the photo of Spleen 9 AM-11 AM) *note Stomach time is  7 AM-9 AM but since 9 AM is the moment when the energy shifts to the next meridian in the 5 element wheel you want to move forward with it and use Spleen.
  5.  Massage the neurolymphatic points, front and back for the muscle in bold print.
  6. Hold the neurovascular points (indicated by the open circles on the head shot) until a pulse is felt.
  7. Trace the meridian three times in the forward direction. (follow the arrows)
  8. Reassess pain or energy levels.
